Ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport Hotel - Hillingdon

I booked an a double room with central heating, television and a coffee machine. The property's location was favourable, right by the bus stop. Plus, it was near to airport and public transport and Terminal 2.

The staff was very rude.

Handy location with a bus stopclose to the hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and central heating, television and a coffee machine in the room.

My room with full facilities, coffee, comfortable beds was tidy and cosy, had good night's sleep. The location was magnificent and a bus stop was close to the hotel. I had lunch in Mcdonald's, located nearby.

Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to avoid long waits during peak hours.

Perfect; everything was great; to get to the hotel from the airport T2 departure from platform 18-19 at the bus station ( 111-222 ) are free and only 3 stops back. facilities are perfect in relation to the price, you can eat well and rooms are very very good.

To review something, the attitude of the blonde receptionist of the evening, quite rude and disinterested, the restaurant staff of 10, perfect everything else

The bus from Heathrow Central Station is free, there are 4 lines that take you there and it is 5 minutes away. Great breakfast. Ideal for sleeping between flights.

hair dryer wasn't working, I had to order it twice. I didn't have a remote control for some reason either, receptionist gave it to me without any problem.

Overall it was decent with comfortable beds.

Navigating from the room to reception was a hassle. The Wi-Fi signal, although stable, sometimes crapped out during peak hours, a bit annoying. And while the breakfast was decent, the chaos of people scrambling for toast was good, not the chill start I was hoping for. On that note, finding the hotel posed a challenge, as the nearby Ibis locales created confusion when using GPS apps. My taxi mix-up left a sour taste, especially when I discovered that I wasn't getting a standard rate ride, a little shady if you ask me.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is cozy, it is located in the area where the buses are free around the airport, so you just take the red bus ( number 105, 140, you don't pay anything) you get off at the third stop, near restaurants and macdonald's.
